Shipping policy

Every Cool and Fresh order is hand-prepared by our atelier, fully insured, and shipped with signature confirmation. Below is everything you need to know about how your piece travels to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after authentication and quality inspection. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your piece ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary insured ground shipping on all U.S. orders, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders require an adult signature upon delivery.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via fully insured, tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. International rates are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at whiskeywhispers53@gmail.com.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages

All shipments are insured. If your package is marked delivered but missing, or is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.
